To ensure safety and fairness, the following guidelines must be adhered to.

• No shoes beyond the entrance area. Please leave shoes on the carpet or by the door.
• Spectators are not allowed by the poolside unless booked with Swimbabies one week in advance. Only two spectators allowed per group.
• No food or drink anywhere in the pool house - wet-side or dry-side.
• No soap or gel in the shower and no talc in the changing rooms. It leaves a gooey mess!
• We operate a double nappy policy. Outer nappies are compulsory and babies will not be admitted without them. They may be purchased by the poolside. Potty-trained toddlers do not need double nappies.
• All children with hair must wear a swim hat which can be purchased from the poolside if need be.
• Parents with long hair - please try to keep it tied up!
• Babies or parents on antibiotics should not swim.
• Poorly babies or babies who have just had inoculations should
  not swim.
• We regret that make up lessons are no longer possible. For extreme cases speak to Lucy.
• Fees are to be paid in advance of the course. No fees, no swim. We do not give refunds.
• No children to be left unattended by the poolside.
• No filming, mobile phone, digital cameras or other sources of filming are allowed in accordance with the Child Protection Act. We offer a photo service at the end of Level One that is included in the fee. Other levels may book a photo on the relevant day at a cost of £10.
